My area of desired expertise is clinical neuropsychology; this project allowed me an indirect route to such a research area, by using galvanic skin response to measure individuals’ emotional recognition abilities. The project focused on exploring the bilingual advantage in emotional perception, an area not primarily explored through subtle expression of emotion in dance stimuli. It also explored a difference in emotional perceptive abilities across different emotion types: joy, sad, fear, and anger.
