Voice-Controlled Smart Lighting Machine Learning Model
I’m an AI and Robotics undergraduate passionate about creating accessible, intelligent systems that improve everyday life. My final year project, the Voice-Controlled Smart Lighting System, explores how speech recognition and AI can be used to control lighting without physical interaction. Using Python, TensorFlow, and the Google Speech Commands Dataset, I developed a working prototype that recognizes voice commands to simulate smart bulb control. The project prioritizes user accessibility, robustness in noisy environments, and future scalability on low-power devices. It represents my commitment to building ethical, practical AI solutions that are inclusive, sustainable, and ready for real-world deployment.
