Sub Level: 0 - A Cinematic Short Game focused on Game Immersion/Cinematics

My Final Year Project focuses on the technical implementation of cinematic sequences and player immersion through quick time event moments within games. The project is developed using Unreal Engine 5 with an emphasis on the animation systems’ capabilities and the engine’s level sequencer system. The project also looks at the seamless transitions from gameplay to cinematic dynamic camera systems and how player perspectives can increase immersion. My aims for the project were to expand my game cinematography knowledge as well as my technical abilities when implementing cinematics.
