Projects

I have always had a love for sport and health and found this project particularly enjoyable. I gained a vast amount of knowledge into biomechanics and the impact of adapting simple things like foot angle influencing force and stress. I have also thoroughly enjoyed working within a high-tech biomechanics laboratory, being required to learn how to use the equipment quickly but correctly. The project has also taught me the importance of pre-planning and communication with participants, so I had sufficient time to calculate results and write up the project.
