Hybrid Action Combat System

I am a gameplay animator and technical designer specializing in hand-keyed animation and Unreal Engine implementation. This project showcases a hybrid action combat system developed using Maya and Unreal, designed to fuse the deliberate, tactical weight of Souls-like games with the high-speed fluidity of hack-and-slash titles. Leveraging my dual background, I hand-crafted the character animations in Maya and built the technical systems within Unreal Engine to ensure the gameplay logic and animation frames blended seamlessly. The result is a highly responsive, tactile combat experience where every strike carries physical impact.
