This project is based around my dissertation, focusing on the relationships within a team environment and the impacts that a coach has on their players. It looks at the pro’s and con’s of an authoritarian style of coaching compared to a democratic one and the effects each coaching style can have on cohesion. During this project I used a qualitative-dominant mixed-methods approach to conduct a study with 30 participants asking them about their experiences within team environments before exploring their answers in the discussion.
