I studied Digital and Social Media Marketing at Staffordshire University, where I developed skills in research, strategy, and content creation. For my consultancy project, I worked with Cargo4Service, an SME based in Stoke-on-Trent, to assess and improve their digital marketing efforts. Through primary and secondary research, including surveys, competitor analysis, and social media insight analysis, I evaluated their current performance in brand awareness and engagement. Based on the findings, I provided tailored recommendations such as a structured content calendar and mock social media posts, aimed at enhancing their online presence and connecting more effectively with their target audience.
