After Francis is a short film about how siblinghood is often taken for granted. The film follows Anne and Kieren, two siblings who own a butcher’s which is at risk due to it still being owned by their missing older brother. Kieren wants to declare him legally dead to fix the problem, but for Anne this means killing the dream of seeing him again.
