I am a VFX student and this project is a found footage short film based on “The War of the Worlds” by H. G. Wells. It’s a showcase of my skillset and passion for VFX, incorporating a wide range of VFX techniques and workflows to create a cohesive and visually interesting project. The project offers a mix of Simulations in Houdini, Modelling and Rigging in Blender, Texturing in Substance Painter, Compositing in Nuke and Editing/ Colour Grading in Davinci Resolve. This project was incredibly fun, but challenging, to work on and pushed my knowledge and skillset to their limits.
