Through sculpture and drawing, I am interested in the potential to remove the subject and figurative contexts of images; focusing attention on process. My approach includes the use of paper, as everyday material, and testing its ability to transform into distorted, abstract sculptures. The practice begins with drawing as a reference, then, as it transforms into sculpture, it leads to the removal of the subject. Behind all of this is the system of the grid, used to deconstruct whilst simultaneously creating connections between the works.

I am looking towards doing a tattooing course, or an apprentice, while also thinking about set design for theatre or film.
