"Staffordshire Blue" Fine Art project, using mainly clay as my medium.

I am a visual artist interested in peoples’ behaviour, passionate about human rights. My art often speaks for those judged, oppressed, or marginalised to counter the dehumanisation of people and fight the discrimination against them.  I work to communicate the unseen, in the hope of fostering understanding and empathy.

In this project I have worked to communicate with the viewer about judgementalism, particularly the judgement of people by how they look. Using the medium of ceramics I explore the events which caused my great grand father to end his own life, in an effort to open conversations about mental health.
