I am a current Staffordshire University student in my final year of study, regarding sports therapy. Over the past three years, I have gained knowledge and insight on a first-person and observer basis surrounding clinical experience, enhancing areas such as physical application (massage, cryotherapy, thermotherapy, TENS and taping), injury assessment, and rehabilitation.
