Project Homestead: NOMAD Unit is a mech concept art project that I worked on during my final year at university. My goal was to create a fully functional mech that could transform between land and aerial modes.
In this concept, the Earth is no longer able to support human life due to the devastation of climate change. Project Homestead was created with one goal: find a habitable exoplanet we can call home. The NOMAD units are autonomous, transformable robots created for Project Homestead, sent out to various potential exoplanets across the galaxy to conduct scientific research and assess habitability.
