This project intertwines streetwear with elements of the medieval period, presenting a narrative centred on the struggle with mental health. Drawing on historical beliefs from the medieval era, where mental illness was often perceived as a “demon” due to the limited medical understanding of the time, the imagery illustrates this “demon” gradually taking hold. This concept is reflected in the title Possidere, the Latin term for possession or to take hold.  

Through this project, I aimed to demonstrate my specialism in styling by creating visually striking outfits that communicate a narrative surrounding the wearer and their identity.
