I am a junior-level concept artist interested in all aspects of concept art. For this project, I combined my interest in games and palaeontology to develop characters for a theoretical immersive survival game.
The current games aren’t perfect, so I explored the genre myself, trying to pay attention to smaller details that add to the immersion. I really wanted my project to come off like a playable documentary where the dinosaurs have actual personalities and whole lives, as a lot of dinosaurs in media aren’t portrayed like real animals.
