Projects

This project examines the partition of India in 1947, which led to the creation of India and Pakistan. It explores the political, religious, and social factors behind the division. The project also covers the violence, mass migration, and humanitarian crisis that followed the partition, including ongoing political tensions and conflicts. This book was my way of connecting with the past, learning about my roots, and understanding the forces that shaped my family’s history. In doing so, I hope to inspire others to seek out their own stories and see history not as distant, but as deeply personal.
