Morgan Tyrrell is a Surface Pattern and Textile Designer specialising in both hand and digital printing processes, with a focus on repeat pattern design. Her practise is defined by opulent colour palettes and the exploration of eerie, alternative narratives.

One for Sorrow is a digitally printed fabric collection, produced through sublimation onto suedette velvet. Drawing on natural motifs historically associated with superstition, misfortune, and mortality, the collection centres around a statement ogee repeat, complimented by coordinating repeat pattern designs. A rich, autumnal palette unifies the collection, resulting in lavish, narrative-led textiles suited for sophisticated, dark romantic residential interiors.
