This exhibition explores the idea of personal control—specifically, the process of taking back control over parts of my life that once felt shaped by outside influences. These works are about turning inward and reconnecting with my own sense of direction.

Using abstract forms, repeated marks, and a limited colour palette, I reflect on how it feels to rebuild trust in my own decisions. The paintings show a balance between structure and unpredictability—between what we can control and what we can’t. Small shifts, irregular patterns, and subtle changes speak to that ongoing process.
