My project explores the relationship between fashion, identity, and self-expression through a fashion illustration magazine titled Identity in Fashion: Shapes of Self. Focusing on the theme of Alter Ego it examines how clothing can communicate personality, culture, emotion, and transformation.The magazine presents fashion as a form of performance where exaggerated and confident identities are constructed through style. Influenced by avant-garde fashion design, the project combines traditional and digital illustration techniques to create a visually engaging editorial outcome. Ultimately, the project demonstrates fashion illustration as a powerful storytelling medium that encourages reflection on identity, perception, and self-representation within contemporary fashion culture.
