Hi, I’m Charlotte, an award-winning illustrator from Suffolk!

I’m a neurodivergent artist with a unique, unconventional approach to creative tasks. My forensic eye for detail and understanding of anatomy allow me to tell stories full of life and emotion. I am a digital artist however my roots lay in traditional media.

My project was inspired by Ancient Egyptian scrolls called ‘The Book’s of the Dead’. In particular the dangerous creatures in the Duat depicted in the text and the weighing of the heart ceremony. The deceased would recite the 42 Declarations of Innocence before the final judgement their heart weighed.
