My project aims to highlight the importance of my childhood innocence through family albums and suggest this as an opportunity for others to reflect on this stage of life.

Drawing my childhood memories from disposable cameras through a unique pencil style, I  purposefully leave certain areas empty and ghostly. This choice invites the audience to fill in the gaps with their memories while offering a glimpse of my experiences rather than the complete picture.  As I relive these memories, it’s as if I’m having a conversation with my past self, fostering a sense of nostalgia, whilst emphasising the pure joy.
