Faith and Fallacy

Hi! I’m Hazel, a game designer specialising in narrative design. As a long-time enjoyer of creative writing, I aim to utilise games as a means to tell stories in unique ways that can only be done via this medium.

This project is an example of the types of experience I try to create in games. My goal was to create a non-linear story that players must discover for themselves by scrutinising the environment and piecing together context clues. In doing so, they become an active participant in the unfolding of the narrative rather than a passive observer.
