Can Background Colour Effect Memory Recall for the Dyslexic Population?

I am a final-year psychology student, hoping to become an Educational Psychologist. I have an offer to do a master’s degree in Psychology of Education and have experience within schools helping with mental health through a charity. My study was based on the under-reported issue of memory for dyslexic individuals as I was diagnosed as dyslexic in my first year of university. Based on previous research it was hypothesised that turquoise backgrounds would have the highest memory recall score and white would have the lowest. My hypothesis was accepted; all results were significant leaving many options for future research.
