My final year project for university. Character and creature designs for a unique world based on Buddhist mythology.
“The Heretic” invades a mountainous area in search of giant centipedes. The centipedes represent death itself, with their venom being the most potent in the world. The Heretic’s aim was to microdose the venom and become immune to death, thus reaching a state of enlightenment. After hundreds of years of immortality, Samsara starts to force the Heretic’s soul into a new body, that of a giant ape.
