Methodology Summary
My name is Cerys Adams, and as a final-year Professional Policing student, I endeavored to produce a piece of research exploring the influence and impacts of police-based television in providing an alternative to current public perceptions of policing, especially concerning corruption and practice.
I aspire to join the police, with ambitions of joining the public-order department as an officer once I have passed probation. My passion for policing stretches beyond university, and will continue to be a firm focus of mine after graduation.

At the point of submitting this, I currently possess a conditional offer to join Staffordshire police, as I am in the final stages of the application process. Whilst nothing is set in stone at this time, I expect to start my training from September.
